  • Am I eligible for VAT reverse charge?
    The VAT reverse-charge mechanism applies only if you provide a valid EU VAT identification number that is verified through the VIES system and registered to your business. Businesses holding a Dutch VAT number will be charged VAT at the applicable rate of 21%.
  • Can I log in with my B Impact Assessment (BIA) credentials?
    No. The B Lab Europe's learning platform is a separate platform from the B Impact Assessment (BIA) and requires its own paid subscription. Your BIA login details cannot be used to access this platform. To get access, please visit the pricing page and choose a plan, then create your account from there.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting this link. Simply log in and follow the instructions to manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Why do I need to enter my payment information if I have a 100% discount code?
    We require payment details because this is a yearly subscription that renews automatically. You won’t be charged while your discount applies, and you are always free to cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. Learn more why we require payment information.
  • How does the platform support the transition to the new B Lab Standards?
    Our new Learning Platform is designed to guide you every step of the way, making your transition to the new B Lab Standards as smooth and empowering as possible. In the platform, you will find interactive courses that break down the new B Lab Standards into digestible, easy-to-follow content. You’ll find essentials like “The B Lab Standards Essentials,” practical guides such as “Getting on Track with B Impact,” and deep-dives of each Impact Topic areas. You’ll also have access to live sessions recordings, and an AI tutor for instant support.
  • Do I need to purchase individual courses, or is there a subscription?
    Access to the Learning Platform is offered through a yearly subscription. With your subscription, you get access to our main library of courses, including essentials on the new B Lab Standards, practical guides, and more. The content library will continue to expand, with new courses and resources added regularly, so your learning opportunities will keep growing throughout your subscription. Options to purchase individual courses are being explored in our roadmap for 2027.
