Why is it required to provide payment information for free trials or 100% discounted price?

We require payment information because access to the B Lab Europe Learning Platform is set up as a yearly, auto-renewing subscription. A valid payment method (credit card or bank details/IBAN) is needed in the system to support this subscription model and to ensure there are no interruptions to your access in the future.Please keep in mind:

• If you have a 100% discount code, you will not be charged while your discount applies. The total amount due for the subscription period will remain €0 as long as your discount is valid.
• You are in full control of your subscription at all times. You can cancel your subscription at any point before the renewal date, and if you do so, you will not be charged. If you decide later to move to a paid plan, the payment method you have provided will then be used for that purpose.
• For your security, all payments are processed through a secure, trusted payment service provider (Stripe).
